This official website is maintained by the Settlement Administrator under the supervision of Lead Counsel for the members of the Settlement Class in Dufoe v. DraftKings, et al., No. 1:23-cv-10524 (D. Mass.), which is pending in the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.
